Wiping the slate clean - The UEA debriefing tool

In this episode we talk about the creation and use of the UEA debriefing tool.  We talk about the concept of the design, the symbolism invovled and how it can be used to help simulation facilitators guide a debriefing conversation.  We also disucss some of the personal challenges we have faced when facilitating a debrief and how we overcome these.
